How can I make an online return request?

To initiate a return, please send an email to Etienne-beaumont@hotmail.com or use the Contact Us page with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for the return

Once we receive your email, we'll review the details and guide you through the next steps. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Please note that all refunds will be processed and received within 7-10 business days once we have received the product back.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For Standard UK deliveries, your order will typically arrive within 2-4 working days. If you choose Next Day Delivery, your order will be delivered the following day, as long as the order is placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next day for next day delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order on the same day, as long as the product hasn’t been shipped yet. To cancel, please contact us immediately by emailing etienne-beaumont@hotmail.com or by using our Contact Us page.

Once the product has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In that case, you’ll need to request a return and refund once the product arrives.

Please note that we do not allow modifications to orders. If you need to make any changes, you will need to cancel the current order and place a new one.
